Terms of service

Legendry (legendry.gg) is run by [Operator name] (ABN [ABN]), in Australia. In these terms, “we” and “us” means [Operator name], and “you” means anyone who uses Legendry.

By making an account or using Legendry, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you're under 18, read them with a parent or guardian. If you don't agree, please don't use Legendry.

• You must be at least 13, or at least 16 if you live in Australia.
• Your date of birth and country must be true. If we find out you're under the minimum age, we'll close the account.
• One person per account. Accounts can't be shared, sold, traded or given away.
• You can't use Legendry if we've banned you before.

You log in with a code sent to your email (or a password, if you set one). Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read it can log in as you. Tell us at safety@legendry.gg if you think someone else has got in.

Your username is your address on Legendry. We can refuse, change or take back a username that breaks these rules, pretends to be someone else or us, or uses someone else's trade mark.

You keep ownership of the pictures and words you put on your profile. To run Legendry, you give us permission to store, show, resize and copy them worldwide, on your profile and in link previews (the card that appears when your link is shared). This permission ends when you remove them or delete your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

Only upload things you made or have permission to use. If someone has put your work on their profile, see our copyright policy.

Profiles are public: anyone with the link can see them. They're kept out of search engines, but anything on your profile can be seen and shared by anyone.

Don't use Legendry to post, upload or do any of these:

• Nudity, sexual content, or anything sexual involving anyone under 18 (we report this to the authorities).
• Gore, violence, or anything that encourages self-harm.
• Hate: attacking people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or similar.
• Bullying, harassment or threats.
• Pretending to be someone else, including Legendry.
• Crew names or tags that break these rules. We can take a crew down, and its members are free to join others.
• Other people's private information, like their address, phone number or school.
• Scams, spam, malware, or anything illegal.
• Cheating: boosting, account sharing, bots, fake views, extra accounts to farm Crowns, or exploiting bugs.
• Copying, scraping or overloading Legendry, or getting around its security, bot checks or limits.

Uploads are scanned automatically, and anyone can report a profile. If you see something that breaks these rules, use the Report button on the profile.

You can link game accounts (Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Roblox, Riot Games, Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero), using each one's own sign-in or a code you put on your profile there. Only link accounts that are yours. We read your stats from each platform's services, and their own terms still apply to your accounts there. Some platforms may stop sharing stats at any time; if that happens, we'll show the last stats we had. Legendry isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by Valve, Microsoft, Sony, Roblox, Riot Games, HoYoverse or any other game company.

Your Legend Level, rarity, titles and badges are worked out by us from what you've done in approved games. They can never be bought. Rarity compares you with everyone else, so it can go down as well as up. Stats can be delayed or wrong if a platform is, and we may change how levels and rarity are worked out to keep them fair. If we find progress came from cheating, a bug or an account that isn't yours, we can take it away.

Valor is bought with real money and spent in the store on items with a clear price. Nothing bought with Valor is random. Crowns can only be earned, never bought, and are used to open cases. The two can never be swapped for each other.

• Valor, Crowns and store items aren't money or property. They're a licence to use them on Legendry. They have no cash value, can't be cashed out, traded, sold or transferred, and stay with your account.
• Cases show their odds before you open them, and you never get an item you already own. Cases can only be opened with Crowns.
• Limited editions have a fixed number of copies and won't come back. We can stop selling an item at any time; items you already own stay yours.
• If Valor, Crowns or items reach your account by mistake, a bug, a refund, a chargeback or cheating, we can take them back.

Legendry runs official events. Every Legend takes part automatically, and the rules and prizes are on each event's page.

• Prizes are Crowns and badges, never money or Valor, and can't be exchanged.
• We can disqualify anyone who cheats (see the rules above) and take back what they won.
• We can change, pause or cancel an event, for example if something goes wrong with a platform's stats.

You can buy LEGACY or Valor as a gift. Instead of going onto your account, you get a code to give to someone, who redeems it on their own account at legendry.gg/redeem. We also give out codes ourselves, for example in giveaways.

• Gift codes you buy never expire. Codes we give out may have an end date, shown when they're given.
• Each code can be used once per account (most codes only once in all). Codes can't be exchanged for money.
• Keep codes private: anyone who has a code can redeem it. We can't replace a code someone else has used.
• Don't sell codes or trade them for anything; we can cancel codes that are sold, stolen or used for scams.
• If a gift is refunded or its payment is reversed, its code is cancelled, and if it was already used, what it gave is taken back.
• Codes never give Crowns, which can only be earned.

Payments are taken by Stripe, on Stripe's secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and you'll see your local price (including any tax, like Australia's GST) before you pay. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.

LEGACY is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing renews. Its perks last as long as your account and Legendry do. If you upgrade, you pay the difference.

Because Valor and LEGACY are digital and delivered straight away, purchases are generally final. But nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws where you live, including refunds when something has a major problem. Contact us at safety@legendry.gg if something went wrong. When a payment is refunded or reversed, the Valor or LEGACY it bought is removed.

If you break these terms, we can remove content, take back Valor, Crowns, items or progress gained unfairly, suspend your account, or close it. For serious or repeated breaks, we can close your account without warning and you lose what's on it, including purchases, unless the law says otherwise.

A suspended account's owner sees why. If you think we got it wrong, email safety@legendry.gg with your username.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Your profile, uploads and everything on it are removed, including Valor, Crowns, items and LEGACY, which can't be brought back or refunded. Your username may later be claimed by someone else.

Legendry will keep changing: we may add, change or remove features, and it may sometimes be unavailable. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and let you know on the site or by email. If you keep using Legendry after that, you accept the new terms.

We work hard to keep Legendry running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or that every stat is right. We aren't responsible for what other people post, or for game platforms and other services we link to.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Apart from those, and as far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything to do with Legendry is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia, and disputes go to the courts there (this doesn't take away any right you have to use the courts where you live). Questions? Email safety@legendry.gg.
